How to Increase Your Power to Manifest
Do you want
to have powerful life changing transformation in your life? Sometimes the manifesting process can see a
bit daunting. One minute you are told
that all you ever need are 3 simple steps but even after applying those steps
you realize that something else is missing.
The Manifesting
Secret that Few People Know
You have
tried visualization, you have tried affirmations, you have tried vision boards,
all with little results. The whole
process makes you feel like the little engine that could. You huff and puff but all the while you are
moving uphill with great effort instead of flowing like a river. That’s because there is a powerful
manifesting science that must be understood.
That secret is the power of accumulated energy. Energy is power. It is the energy, emotion and intention that
accelerate your ability to manifest.
The Power
to Generate Magnetism
The more
good energy you have within you with your intentions the more power you
generate. You can create a core magnetic
charge that literally pulls your desires to you with very little effort. Rather than working or going out to get
what you desire you can literally become magnetic to your desires and watch as
your desires come to you.
This Kills
Your Dreams
This lack
of understanding with the principles of manifesting causes many to get quite
frustrated. They start of by trying to
create a vision board, they do affirmations but somehow they know that
something is missing and soon enough they fail to create the results at all. The secret is that they have not generated enough
of a charge towards their desires. Those
people who insist that manifesting requires hard work do not understand that
the human body and mind can work like a magnet creating an energy of magnetic
energy that sucks their desires towards them.
Magnetism
backed by an increased power draws the right people, the right circumstances
with little physical effort on your part.
Accessing Your Spiritual Guidance
It is the birthright of each of us to have a direct line to God, whatever God is for you. Yet few of us have learned how to do this at will on a daily basis. Surprisingly however, it is not hard to do.
The
spiritual realm exists at a higher frequency than we do here on the physical
plane of Planet Earth. In order to access the spiritual realm, we need to know
how to raise our "frequency".
One way to
understand "frequency" is to imagine a room filled with people who
are sharing love and joy with each other. This room has a feeling of
lightness--a high frequency--whereas a room filled with angry, tense people has
a feeling of heaviness--a low frequency.
So, how do
we raise our frequency? There are numerous things you can do to help yourself
raise your frequency, but none of them will work unless you have the intent to
learn with Spirit about loving yourself and others.
Our intent
is the most powerful tool we have for raising our frequency. There are only two
possible intents in any given moment: to learn with God/Spirit about loving
yourself and others, or to protect against your pain and avoid responsibility
for your feelings. When our intent is to protect and avoid we seek to control -
through our various addictions - our feelings, others' feelings and behavior,
and the outcome of things. When our intent is to learn, we seek to take
responsibility for our own feelings and behavior by discovering what we may be
thinking or doing that is unloving to ourselves and others, and what would be
loving.
You can try
many methods of raising your frequency, from prayer to meditation to chanting,
but if your intent is to protect instead of learn, none of these will do any
good at all. The reason is that when the intent is to protect against pain, we
close our heart so as not to feel whatever we are feeling. God cannot come
through a closed heart.
We are each
given free will when we come to this planet. This means that we get to choose
our intent - to be open or closed, loving or unloving, protected against pain
or taking responsibility for our feelings. While the love that is God is
all-powerful, it cannot come into a closed heart. Just as the air you breathe
cannot come into your lungs until you take a breathe, the love, power and
wisdom that is God cannot enter your being until you choose the intent to learn
about loving.
When you
have a true, pure intent to learn, your frequency automatically raises. None of
the actions I suggest below will raise your frequency without this intent.
However, once you have this intent, the following actions can help to further
raise your frequency.
• Move into
your imagination. Your imagination is a gift from God. When you move into your
imagination, you raise your frequency and tap into the source of your
creativity and inspiration. Our willingness to move into and trust our
imagination is essential to being able to connect with our personal spiritual
Guidance When you first begin to utilize your imagination to increase your
frequency and connect with God, you might feel as if you are just using your
imagination to make things up. However, as you take the risk of trusting what
you think you are "making up," you will discover that it really is
coming through you from God rather than from you.
• Keep your
body clear. Your body is an energy system. If your body's energy is clogged
with drugs, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, sugar, heavy foods, lots of food or
foods contaminated with pesticides, preservatives, artificial sweeteners or any
of the thousands of chemicals that are added to foods, your frequency is
lowered.
• Pray. Sincere prayers of gratitude and asking God for help in healing all blocks to loving can raise your frequency.
• Chant. Repetitive prayers, chants and mantras can open you to higher frequencies, as can singing in general.
• Dance. Rapid repetitive movement, such as Native American drumming dances, may open you to higher frequencies.
• Spend time in nature. The frequency of a city is far lower than the frequency of nature. Being among trees and flowers, near a river, creek or lake, at the ocean, in the desert, or on a mountain can all raise your frequency.
• Listen to classical or spiritual music.
• Do creative, artistic activities. Moving into your creative imagination raises the frequency.
• Use incense or do "smudging." Incense has been used for centuries to raise the frequency and invite spiritual connection. "Smudging" is using the smoke from various dried plants such as sage, pine, cedar and lavender to clear the energies in a room and raise the frequency. Smudging has been used for thousands of years by indigenous peoples throughout the world.
• Lighting candles. Candlelight, too, has been used for thousands of years to clear the air and raise the frequency.
If you get into the habit of asking yourself throughout the day, "What is my intent? Am I trying to control something, or is my deepest desire in the moment to learn about loving myself and others?", you will begin to understand intent. This will eventually lead you into hearing, feeling, and seeing your personal spiritual Guidance.
Is Your Career Your Calling or Just a 9 to 5?”
Do you
remember your parents asking you what you want to be when you grow up? By the
time I was in the 9th grade, my mother started asking me that same question
until I graduated from high school. At
that time I wasn’t 100% sure what career path I would take, but I had several
ideas.
Your
calling is that passion that you have deep inside – the career that defines
your purpose in life. Someone once told
me if you find a job that you love you’ll never have to work a day in your
life. Some of us work in careers for so
long that we are numb on the inside and outside. We go from appointment to appointment and our
days are so mundane. We hardly get any
enjoyment out of what we do because it is just another 9 to 5. Have you recently said, ‘I could do this job
with my eyes closed?’
People who
choose a career, instead of their calling, wake up disappointed that they have
to go to work. They hate facing another
day. If you find your calling and pursue
it, life will become an adventure and not just another 9 to 5.
Ponder over
these statements:
Your passion directs you to your
calling.
A calling is who you are.
A career is what you do.
A calling is 24-7-365.
A career is a 9 to 5.
A calling is what you would do
for free.
A career is what they have to
pay you to do.
A calling cannot be measured
with money or fame.
In conclusion, take a few moments to ponder over what is going on in your life today and figure out if it compensates towards your calling. Listen to your mind, body and soul. Don't worry about what others will think or even if they will agree to whatever calling you move towards. Live your life as if tomorrow is your last day on Earth. Enjoy today because tomorrow isn't definite.
The essential keys to self improvement and motivation
1. INSPIRATION.
Inspiration is critical to staying motivated and improving oneself. If you are not interested in your business, your motivation level will never be high and you will not be able to sustain interest for very long.
Take an honest look at your inspiration level. Are you excited about going to work or is it an obligation? You would be surprised at the number of people who choose a business that looks good on paper, but in reality does not interest them in the least.
These individuals will grow weary and uninterested pretty quickly because they have no inspiration or passion to sustain them during the difficult times they will encounter as a small business owner.
If you do not like your work, then think how you can re-focus your small business to better match your needs. Or consider making a change entirely. Without inspiration, there will not be motivated to even try self improvement.
2. SETTING GOALS.
Short and long-term goal setting is vital for any business owner. If you do not set goals, you would have no definite purpose on which path of self improvement to take.
How could you possibly be motivated if you were unsure about the direction of your company?
Take the time to put your goals in writing. A business plan may sound daunting, but it is really nothing more than goals, strategies, implementation and a budget. Write your own business plan and update it at least annually.
Include “mini-goals” that can be accomplished in a matter of hours, days or weeks as well as the more ambitious “grand-goals” that may take years to complete. Refer to this plan throughout the year.
But can a business plan really help motivate you? Of course. Written goals will make you feel more professional and certainly more connected to your business. It will also free you from having to reinvent your business goals every single day.
3.
NETWORKING.
Another key
factor in getting and staying motivated is networking with other small business
owners. No one person knows all the knowledge.
However, when a number of people begin working together, the challenges will just be there waiting to be conquered.
In fact, the isolation of working alone is of one the most difficult parts of being an entrepreneur. You can never be on your way to self improvement without the help of others. Mutual support is motivating.
Make it
easier on yourself by connecting with others either in your community or
online. Even when businesses are not related, you will often find common ground
and ways to work together.
Many successful entrepreneurs report that finding the right networking group was a turning point in the growth of the business. Working together, a networking group can help its members generate more qualified sales leads and solve problems faster and more efficiently.
Sharing ideas, expertise and experience is also an invaluable aspect of motivation and self improvement.
Your own
personal team of business owners will help re-energize you when the burdens of
running your own business seem too much.
With your networking team to rely on, you can accomplish more in less time and probably have more fun in the process. You will feel motivated to accomplish self improvement when you know you are not alone.
Activate the Energy of The Universe for you
Did you
know that you can not create energy yourself?
You can just activate the universal energy, which exists always and will always exist.
This Energy
gave you life. It’s always there, at every moment, for everyone.
There is no such thing like people with a lot of energy and other ones without energy.
The difference is that energetic people know how to activate this always available energy.
And the low
energy people, they block this energy, which is although always available for
them too!
Energy does not decide something like :”Hey I like this one so I will send her energy, and the other one over there I don’t like so he won’t get any of my energy”. This is nonsense!
The same
counts for diseases. A disease does not “choose” a body to attack. How would it
do it? Can you imagine a cancer saying : “I don’t like the way he cuts his
hair, so I will attack his liver?” or “I can’t stand the way she talks so I
will attack her breast?”
There is no such thing. It would be absurd. We have much more to say to our body and our life than we can understand for now or than we will want to admit for ourselves. Because to understand this is to take responsibility. Once we know that we “ask” for disease - by thinking of it all the time, by running from one doctor to another, by reading all articles about diseases in magazines, by telling our friends and family about all our pains and troubles - than we have to change our behavior and start to behave like a healthy person, who tries to understand why he got ill, and tries to see how he can change his way of thinking and handling to stay healthy.
It’s much the same for energy. Energy is always there. It never goes away, it never slows down, otherwise our whole galaxy would fall apart. The same energy which holds the stars at place in the sky, which makes grass grow and turn the earth on his own axis, is available for us. Can you imagine? It’s tremendous and there for us!
You can activate this energy for you by thinking the right thoughts, that is thoughts which stimulate you instead of turning you down, thoughts which bring you health instead of disease, thoughts which make you feel loved instead of fearing loneliness, thoughts which bring you wealth instead of poverty.
Is thinking about all this nice stuff enough to bring it into your life? No! Otherwise it would be so easy just to lean back and think about everything you want and floops….it’s there! We all would be fairies and make the world whatever we want without doing anything.
Luckily it doesn’t work like that! It would be dangerous! We need something else to make our thoughts create what we want : it is action. The combination of both will give us what we want : dreaming about what we want and putting ourselves into action, that is taking steps in the direction of our thoughts.
At each step we take, the universe also takes a step toward us. By our thoughts and our actions we activate this enormous universal energy to work for us. We make it move in the direction of realizing our dreams.
So the
formula is pretty simple : first you dream, than you take action in the
direction of your dream. This will generate energy to help you take the next
step. The energy generated by this step will help you take the next step. And
so on….
How do you know which action to take? Follow your guts, follow your intuïtion. It’s the best guide you can find!
Stop worrying. Instead dream, think of what you want and get yourself moving in the direction of your dream. That’s it. Watch what’s happening. Let the mystery unfold itself.
Why You Need a Success Mindset
You hear it
all the time: "success is a state of mind." There are people who would argue that success
is a natural result of proper planning, preparation and focused action, and
that viewpoint certainly holds a grain of truth - but there are also many exceptions
to disprove that "rule." Have
you ever wondered how two people can attempt the same objective in the same way
and only one of them succeed? Is it
sheer luck? Timing? Tenacity?
More often than not, it's a person's mind-set that determines whether
they fail or succeed.
What is a mind-set, anyway? Typically a mind-set refers to your predominant state of mind day to day. It's what you think about, focus on, and expect from your daily experiences. Think negatively, expect the worst, feel pessimistic about your options and that's exactly what you'll seem to draw into your life. Likewise, think positively, expect the best and focus on a successful outcome and you get it most of the time.
Makes sense, right? But how exactly does this work? Why is a success mind-set so important? There are three big reasons:
1) A success mind-set boosts your confidence and self-belief.
A lack of belief in yourself usually comes along with a sense of powerlessness and futility, which is the exact opposite of a success mind-set. Lack of confidence means you see no point in trying to be successful because it won't happen anyway. Obviously, this type of mind-set is a recipe for failure in any endeavor.
Having a
true success mind-set, on the other hand, means you believe in yourself and your
capabilities. You believe you can
succeed at nearly anything you try, and you're willing to give it your best
shot. Even better, the more you do try,
the more confidence and self-belief you build - until you're virtually
unstoppable!
2) A success mind-set strengthens your
determination.
Without a success mind-set, one failure is enough to convince you that pursuing your goals is a waste of time. Tenacity and determination don't exist in your world. If you don't become a raging success the first time you try, you surmise that it simply wasn't meant to be. Unfortunately, few things worth having are obtained so easily!
A success
mind-set, however, strengthens your awareness that a failure is not the end of
the story - it's just one more way that didn't work out the way you
planned. In fact, a true success
mind-set makes it obvious that the only true failure occurs when you stop
trying.
3) A success mind-set encourages fruitful actions.
Have you
ever found yourself wandering in circles because you didn't know the best way
to approach a specific goal? Perhaps you
had an idea of the best course of action but you felt intimidated by some of
the action steps required. As a result,
you may have kept sabotaging your efforts as you searched in vain for an easier
or less frightening way to your goal.
With a true
success mind-set, you'll always know the most effective action steps that will
lead directly to your goal. As already
discussed, you'll also have the inner confidence and determination to pursue
them - which is a sure recipe for . . . you guessed it; success!
If I had to sum up how to develop a success mind-set into as few words as possible, I'd say this:
- Go for your dreams.
- Think
positively.
- Believe
in yourself.
- Believe
you can do better.
- Learn,
grow and develop yourself.
- Be
willing to take chances.
- Give it
your all.
- Expect
the best in every situation.
- Be
willing to fail.
- When you
fall down, get back up and try again.
Keep doing that and you can't help but become successful, from the inside out.
How to Attract Money
One of the
most common goals people set when first learning about the Law of Attraction is
to attract more money into their lives.
They're sick of struggling, sick of not having enough, and they're eager
to find relief. Unfortunately,
attracting money is often one of the most difficult objectives, simply because
money carries such heavy emotional weight in our lives. There's a lot riding on the success (or
failure) of our goal to attract more money!
Namely, our peace of mind, happiness, security - and much more.
Unfortunately,
placing such strong emphasis on the outcome of money attraction only creates
more blockages. The more you think you
desperately "need" more money; the more you believe you can't be
happy without it; the more frustrated you get when it isn't showing up - the
longer it's going to take to attract it.
The good news is that there are a few simple things you can do to make the process easier:
1) Lighten up!
The more tense and serious you are about attracting money, the harder it's going to be. If you instead look at it like a fun game, you'll be devoting a perfect mixture of light, positive energy to the process - which is a natural prosperity attractor! In fact, make it your mission to be lighthearted and easygoing about money and everything else in your life from now on. Not only will you end up attracting more money, but also more love, joy, peace, fun and passion in all areas of your life.
2) Be what you want to attract.
Another common blockage is the perception of "here and there." You believe you are HERE, in the midst of lack and struggle, and you are trying to get over THERE, where there is peace and abundance aplenty. What you'll eventually realize is that there is no "here or there." There is only right now, and whatever you are communicating to the universe right now is what you are creating in your physical reality. Rather than focusing on trying to ATTRACT more money, BECOME a person who has all the money they could ever need. Think, feel and act as if your goal is already achieved, and the universe will make it so! Focus daily on feeling happy, abundant, peaceful, secure, and grateful and you will attract life circumstances that correspond with those feelings.
3) Let go.
Don't worry about "how" your money will come. Don't focus obsessively on winning the lottery, receiving an inheritance or anything else specific. Let the universe decide how it will come. Keep your eyes open for opportunities to receive more money and act on them if you see them, but otherwise detach and know that it's on the way! This is easier said than done, but the more you try to control "how" your abundance comes, the more blockages you create.
Additionally, be sure to let go of WHEN money comes into your life. You might be tempted to set a deadline, but the universe has its own timing and wisdom. Be willing to trust and let go, and you open a gateway for immense blessings to flow into your life.
Affirmations to Attract Prosperity
Do you have
a hard time focusing on prosperity? Do
you find yourself struggling with negative thought habits that only seem to
attract more lack and difficulty into your life? Affirmations are one simple tool you can use
to turn it around.
Affirmations
work by delivering new messages to your subconscious mind. Most often, this involves replacing old,
limiting messages with new, empowering messages.
However,
the way you word your affirmations will usually determine how effective they
are.
If I asked
you to recite this affirmation: “I am a millionaire,” how effective do you
think it would be? Would you turn into
an overnight millionaire? Would money
start falling out of the sky to land in your lap? Probably not.
Why? Simply because you know the
statement isn’t true. If you try to feed
your subconscious mind a belief that you are a millionaire, it creates a
conflict with your current set of beliefs.
Your subconscious mind does not like conflict, and it doesn’t like
change – so nothing in your life changes either!
In order
for affirmations to work, you MUST word them in a way that your subconscious
mind won’t resist. In other words, make
them believable.
Compare the
above affirmation to one like this: “I
am becoming more prosperous every day.”
That one
feels better, doesn’t it? Your mind
doesn’t try to resist it because you can actually imagine it happening (even if
it hasn’t begun to happen yet).
Another
power-boost for affirmations is to word them in a way that places more
responsibility on you. For example,
instead of affirming, “I am becoming more prosperous every day,” you could say,
“I am open to the best opportunities to make money quickly and easily.” The wording of such an affirmation makes you
feel more in control of your circumstances.
Rather than waiting anxiously for money to fall out of the sky, you send
a message to your subconscious mind that you can control how much money you
have by being alert to great opportunities.
Affirmations
can vary in the length of time required to firmly “take root” in your
mind. For the most part, it depends on
the intensity of your opposing beliefs and the level of effort you put forth in
turning those beliefs around. If your
focus on lack is very strong, you’ll probably have to expend a fair amount of
energy and effort to train your mind to focus on prosperity.
However, it
is time and effort well spent because the more you focus on positive thoughts
and prosperous beliefs, the more you’ll find yourself attracting good things
into your life.
Here are a
few good affirmations to help get you started on the road to prosperity:
• I use my thoughts and emotions to
attract abundance effortlessly.
• I am becoming more prosperous and
successful every day.
• I know I have what it takes to be
as successful as I want to be.
• I am talented and resourceful.
• I create a better life one positive
thought at a time.
Why Did Kermit Fall for Miss Piggy?
Take a look
at Miss Piggy from the muppets. She was always very outgoing and confident, but
more importantly she had amazing self-esteem. She thought and firmly believed
that she was stunningly beautiful and she displayed it in a very dramatic way.
Everyone fell for it, everyone found her to be glamourous. What's more, Kermit
the frog even went and fell in love with her! But let's look at the truth of
the matter - she was a pig!
Now she was
no curvaceous Jessica Rabbit from the film "Who framed Roger Rabbit"
who was a text book stunner! Miss Piggy certainly did not have the qualities of
your typical super-model, I would even put my neck on the line and say that she
was a bit chunky.
Developing
self-esteem and oozing confidence can and does distinctly increase your ability
to be irresistably attractive. It can and very often does create an illusion or
aura of value, worth and desirability.
Why do we
find a person with high self-esteem to be attractive? What is it about them
that draws our attention and admiration? Is it the mystique? Is it an aura?
That certain "je ne sais quoi?"
Look at
what is happening here; a person who exhibits strong self-esteem is telling the
world they value themselves. After all, the meaning of "self-esteem"
is the esteem (value) of the self. It is the estimation of worth that you are
giving to yourself. So when a person recognises their own self-worth and
exhibits that to the rest of us, we start to think that they know something
that we don't! In other words, they think they are special and have value.
Likewise
when someone shows the world that they have low self-esteem, we tend to believe
and think that if they do not think very highly of themselves, then why should
we be impressed or respectful of them? We certainly don't usually allow
ourselves to be dazzled by them.
In both
cases, we simply go along with the estimation that what the person has signaled
to us is valid. We tend to just believe the verdict that the person has put
upon themself.
So why is
that attractive? We, as humans, are naturally attracted to that which has been
deemed valuable. We also tend to want to be a part of a larger group. We often
follow the lead, join groups, and go along with the majority opinion - just to
be part of the group.
High
self-esteem can also create an illusion of attractiveness, or competence, even
when it is not necessarily there. It is possible for us to be fooled. After
all, attractiveness is a subjective attribute.
Self-esteem is the way that you feel about yourself, self-confidence is the way you feel about your abilities. Both can enhance your ability to attract partners, pay-rises, friends, sales, success, achievement and lots more. I think it would be valuable to learn how to increase your own self-esteem today. Hey, if it gets Miss Piggy pulling at someones (some-frogs) heart strings, it can do the same for you.
Meeting Expectations and the Law of Attraction
I'm sure you've met this person in your life, Debbie
Downer. No matter what happens it's for
the worse. There is no silver lining to the clouds, only muddy boots and wet
clothes. Her job is a grind and she only
goes because she desperately needs the money.
Besides she's not educated enough, or experienced, or has the right
connections, to get a better one. She's
been looking for a significant other, but it's useless: All the good men are taken. Besides who would be interested in a frumpy,
fat, nearly forty year old? And even if
she would find herself in a relationship, it wouldn't work. Sound familiar?
Debbie expects the worst out of life and so she gets
it. She attracts the wrong sort of men
because that's what she expects and therefore attracts. Her job is the job that she expects.
But
what if Debbie Downer decided to change her expectations, would her life
change?
Yes.
The
law of attraction is simply that you get what you think about. Thoughts are a form of energy and like energy
attracts like energy. All forms of
matter and energy are attracted to that which is of a like vibration. You
receive what you put your focus and your energy on, whether it's wanted or
unwanted. Focus on happiness and it's
yours. Focus on preventing unhappiness
and you get unhappiness.
Your
thoughts are a magnet to attract what you're thinking about.
Everything
draws to itself that which is like itself.
If
you are told "don't think of a pink elephant" that's exactly what you
do think about. If you want to lose
weight you are focused on not eating which is exactly why you won't lose
weight. Thinking about not eating makes you want to eat.
Your
mind has difficulty telling the difference between something you think about
and you do want and something you think about and you don't want. The negative, or lack of something, is a
void concept. The mind doesn't like void
concepts so it interprets the void into the opposite of what you want. And that's why you immediately picture a pink
elephant when you think "don't think of a pink elephant."
Turn
the void concept into a positive concept.
If you want to lose weight for example, picture yourself as having lost
the weight. Focus on how comfortable
your clothes are. Think of the extra energy you have. Think of your heart being healthy and beating
strongly. Picture yourself at the beach,
thin and trim.
The
law of attraction is a universal concept that works in all forces. You don’t have to recognize it, accept it or
have faith in it. It's there as a
constant.
